- Other similar independent dwellings.Not Eligible:- Individual rooms: You cannot list just a single room within a larger house.
- Shared spaces/Peer-to-peer rentals: This refers to situations where guests share common areas (living room, kitchen, bathroom) with the host or other unrelated guests.
- Google Vacation Rentals is not for typical Airbnb-style "private room" or "shared room" listings.
- Properties registered as hotels: If a property has hotel-like characteristics (e.g., a formal reception area, daily maid service as standard, typically listed in hotel categories), it should be on Google Hotels, not Google Vacation Rentals.*If you are not eligible, you can still get a booking website and management software.
